End User License Agreement
By using the Med-Calc Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”).
This is an agreement between you and Progressive Provider Services, LLC. Please read this EULA before using Progressive Provider Services' Med-Calc Software (“Med-Calc Software”). The Med-Calc Software includes computer software, the associated media, any printed materials, and any online or electronic documentation.
Progressive Provider Services, LLC grants to you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Med-Calc Software. You agree the Med-Calc Software is for you or your company’s use only. You will not copy the Med-Calc Software, except as necessary to use it for a single location, and to make backups of the Med-Calc Software. Modifying, translating, renting, copying, transferring, or assigning all or part of the Med-Calc Software, or any rights granted hereunder, to any other person or entity is prohibited.
Copyright laws and international treaty provisions protect the Med-Calc Software. The Med-Calc Software is licensed, not sold. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property in the Med-Calc Software is transferred to you.
Med-Calc Software updates may also be available during the licensing period, as CMS requires or as Progressive Provider Services LLC otherwise updates its software.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Med-Calc Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Progressive Provider Services, LLC's entire liability under any provision of this EULA shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Med-Calc Software.
